Everytime I went there they'd ask me about lotions, when I specifically told them on my first visit I had my own. Apparently, they didn't believe me or listen to me because I was URGED to buy one of theirs, and their samples are in cups?!? Then I was forced to listen to an explaination on why lotion is important as if I didn't know already. I agree with other comment... owner was the most pushy of all staff. Kind of rude as well. Beds are not as good as they make them out to be. Prices too high.
