They were already out of certain menu items at 11:30am for lunch, something as simple as bread. After waiting over 30 minutes for my waitress to check on our needs I finally had to walk to the bar from my table just to get a water refill. They were not at all busy so the poor service was unexplainable. 5 days later I see the charges from my debit card used has been overcharged. The GM insisted I left a 23% tip on a bill with poor service and unavailable food choices. I luckily kept a copy of my receipt. It is obvious they do not care to have repeat business. The only good thing is thanks to the chef, the food is good when they actually have what you are trying to order. Cons: Service, availability more
