Unbelievable that this store is the same as the Newtown store !I guess it is the area but the customers and the help are nasty. The Newtown store is refreshing and helpful and will go out of their way to speical order things. The Southampton store is 2nd in the way they treat customers - again I do believe it is the location! Check out Newtown and you will not believe it is owned by the same family !
