This is the best Chinese restaurant in the Twin Cities. I lived in HK for 11 years and have experiance with Chinese food. 2 of the best dishes are the Red Pepper Beef and the Dragon Prawns.
Pros: Food!!!!!
Cons: So so service, but food is worth the service.
