My wife and I have gone to this studio twice. They took ok pictures of us with our newborn. My only complaint was when I asked about other poses, he told me to leave it to the professionals. I let it go, and when we went to pick out our pictures, we really only like 3, which was fine. This last time we went, we had a coupon for a free sheet. The photographer did not take any decent pictures (most with our eyes closed or our baby not looking) and would not reshoot any poses. Then they told us we had wasted their time by not choosing any pictures. My wife and I settled on one picture, because we needed the picture for Christmas cards. The photographer told us he refused to print only one picture out; we would have to buy a set (not a rule according to Sears corporate). When we picked the photo up, the photographer yelled at us, called us liars, and asked us to leave the store before ""I call security."" It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.
