Sarge's is the best NY deli I've tried in years! Open 24 hours, a vast menu, and a reuben that you'll never forget. The service is friendly, employees very helpful, and the prices seemed fair to me. Also, they serve breakfast 24 hours! I couldn't believe that I'd have trouble getting breakfast at noon in Manhattan, but it's not as easy as you'd think--but Sarge's has their entire gigantic menu available around the clock. Basically, this is a must-see deli that's a little off the tourist track but very enjoyable with a strong sense of 'neighborhood'. Try it!!

Cons: Not quite as showy as the touristy delis in the theatre district
