I had 'Japanese Hair Straightening' at this shop. The lady was very paitent and sincere about 'the love' for this job---but that was 'all talk'! It obviously had nothing to do with her experience with 'JAPANESE HAIR STRAIGTHENING' ! My hair came out instenesley dry! Japanese Hair Straightening is NOT suppose to dry your hair out to the point where it looks like toothbrush-bristles! I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I didn't mind the fact that the length of my hair was shorter than what I had asked for, but the way she did 'Japanese Hair Straightening' was TERRIBLE! I will never go back to that shop, again. I've had it done before in a foreign country and was fully satisfied, but when I tried it again at this shop, I was not happy with the results. My hair is instelsely damaged. It's NOT how 'Japanese Hair Straightening' is suppose to turn out.
Pros: The staff is nice and patient.
Cons: NOT the place for Japanese Hair Straightening
