Beau is one of the most talented, dedicated, upbeat trainers I've ever encountered. I've used his services professionally to bring injured employees back to better than pre-injury status for over 13 years. His personalized programs are tremendous regardless of the age or gender of his client. Last summer Beau trained our high school aged daughter into a very enjoyable and successful cross country season. Next he will work with a 50+ year old employee who just had a knee replacement.
