I got an email four days before my wedding that the favor supplier I had used wasn't going to be sending me any favors. I walked in to Betty's and encountered very friendly, helpful and sympathetic employees who helped me order chocolate bars with custom wrappers and had them all made for me the following day! The employees were great. The bars themselves, though, looked cheap. It looked like regular pieces of paper cut out and taped over regular chocolate bars - not very professional-looking. Also, the backs had the name and address of Betty's in big letters - I didn't pay them so they could advertise themselves on the back of my favors. The price was about average for what I got. All in all, great people, not a great product.
