I have rented from a property managed by this group, and I have to say that I am VERY disappointed. I signed my lease last December (didn't get a copy). I paid my rent through the end of my lease in September of the next year (yes, 4 months before it was due). I gave a 41 day notice to move out with a gentleman in the office. The complex says they don't know who it is, but since I have a copy of the paper they will honor the notice. Next thing I know, I have to pay another $326 to be paid up for the lease because we're SUPPOSSED to give a 60 day notice. O.k. I DO NOT remember what was signed a year ago, I didn't get a renewal notice, and when I went into the office to talk to the staff they were all nonchalant. The woman that I spoke with first didn't know what the hell she was talking about so she said she would talk to her manager first thing in the morning. By 9:15 the next day (not first thing in the morning mind you) I'm walking into the office and the staff is standing outside smoking and talking. Obviously, the residents are not a priority for this management group. I suggest you DO NOT LEASE WITH ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX UNDER THIS GROUP! Pros: cheap Cons: Bad staff more
