It's Friday, Dec 26, 2008, and I just called to find out if they were open and got my fanny chewed out royally by the most horrible old woman in the world. Apparently I, and others like me, were 'driving her crazy' calling the agency -- she was the answering service, she said. She didn't even answer the phone as a business, she answered it with a disgusted, 'HELLO!!!' In her very disgusted voice, she told me the governor had declared today a legal holiday and it was in all the newspapers! I said, ""I don't read the newspapers"" and she said, ""OBVIOUSLY NOT!"" What a b*tch!!! I tried to apologize a couple of times, then realized, I was wasting my time -- she wasn't going to be nice period. If this agency is paying this woman to represent them, they are wasting their money.
