This is the absolute WORST experience we have had at an apartment complex! They drag their butts fixing EVERYTHING. You have to call them at least 2 times sometimes 3 or 4 before they even process your work order. And then we were without hot water for an entire week in the winter (with a baby). We have continuous plumbing problems. It's also in a high crime area. We've seen numerous cars vandalized in the parking lot, heard gun shots (and the police never came), neighbors that have been held up and robbed at gun point. It's not a safe place for kids or adults for that fact and we will be leaving as soon as we are able to!
