This was the worst of any buisness i have ever visited. Besides the fact that it smelled as if an animal had died. I walked in and saw 2 ladies smoking cigarettes at the counter. There was actually another woman sitting in a lawn chair kind of just hanging out smoking and talking. I thought I had accidently walked into someones house instead. I had my 5 year old son with me and had to take him outside because the smoking was that bad. My son asked why we were leaving and I told him, in front of the employees, and they actually started making nasty faces and rolling thier eyes. I mean excuse me if I dont want my child to breath your marlboro smoke and it cant be safe for the animals either. I will NEVER visit this store again in life.
Pros: closest pet store to little creek & shore drive
Cons: smoke, it stinks, customer service, appearance of store
