I'm having the same problem. I ordered bedroom furniture for our child at the end of Oct and was told it would be 3-4 weeks. Now here it is Dec 10th and they are telling me it is on back order and will be several more weeks at least. They have no real idea when it will be here nor do they seem to care b/c they already have my money. Their customer svc people are useless and I cannot get in touch with anyone who has any power to do anything about it. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again. They're just terrible.
