I recently had a unique situation where I was getting bids on replacement windows for a home in a historic neighborhood. I told the salesman that I needed a bid as quickly as possible, and he told me I'd hear from him the next day. A week later he called me with a bid of over twice the cost per window as compared to several comparable or more reputable companies. I would not recommend this company for replacement windows based on customer service and prices from comparable or better companies being much much less. I'm giving two stars because I believe that products they were offering were quality.
