I was appalled to say the least. The feeder mice cages are disgusting and the ferrets smell like death. Why would I want to take my pets there? So my kids can get depressed? I would expect much better from such a well known company. The fish tanks look attrocious. I wouldn't suggest going there for anything but some dog cookies, its a disgrace!
