At first they seemed very helpfull. Got my eye exam done for both glasses and contacts. I was told to call 4 days later and let them know which type of contacts I like better, I did. The man I spoke to told me he'd call back to let me know what was going on with my contacts, and he never did. So I wait about a month, finally I make a call asking what's going on. They report ""there was a problem/delay in the shipment, it will be about 3 days."" I would appreciate if someone would call to let me know of any changes so I'm not waiting and then have to call them to find out the situation. FINALLY get the call, drive there.\r \r ""That'll be $110 for the contacts."" I already paid for my glasses and my check up and using common sense why wouldn't I pay for the contacts with everything else? So I keep explaining what I thought would've happened, they keep saying NO NO.. you didn't pay. As I'm getting a credit card number outside, a lady comes outside to say they made a mistake. A 110 dollar mistake.\r \r I am never going back. They are not organized, only ONE person in there was making sure the information was correct and I thank her for that. The rest had the attitude of ""no youre wrong"". Very frustrated. Pros: Central location, clean enviornment. Cons: Unorganized. more
