Inconsistent cleaning caused by constant changing crew's! I used this service several times and always noticed how many items on their check-list were ""skipped"". When asked to re-clean I was always given ""attitude"" and excuses by the owner and company. Not only were most of the workers lazy, but many spoke no English! I expected more as I had heard good things, but was often let down by Tracey Cleaning not taking responsibility for their actions. \r
I also tried their ""green"" (read:eco-friendly) carpet cleaning--don't fall for it! My stains came back in less then one month!
Cons: NOT DEPENDABLE--in any way!
