my co-workers and i used to frequent champps for happy hour. then we went there and found out that corporate and basically taken away happy hour. we contacted corporate and they assured us that what we were told about the happy hour prices was not true, so we went back only to find out that corporate had lied to us and that champps was giving us the prices directed to them by corporate. they have basically gotten rid of happy hour (and now waffle fries too) and in doing so have lost the business of the 4 of us as well as the people we tell not to go there for happy hour
Pros: great outdoor patio
Cons: limited happy hour and no more waffle fries
