As a costumer who went to Prevue store twice - once for my bridesmaids dresses and more recently for a party dress, I can conclude that Costumer Service at Prevue is not a priority. Most dresses at the store are not protected, causing it to look old, with dirty spots and at times with holes, so be aware of that while shopping. Also, the prices are not too friendly and they have a no-return policy!\r
As a conclusion, if you really want a dress that is not cheap, that might be defective and besides that,independent of how much you spend, you still are treated like trash... GO SHOP AT PREVUE!!!
Pros: some beautiful dresses
Cons: bad service, low care for their dresses and high price...
