Dr. Carter was my OB/GYN for my second pregnancy and delivered my son via a planned c-section (had one previous c-section not by Dr. Carter). The entire process was perfect?..from my first appointment down to the day he released me from Cedars. All in all you will receive great care and your questions will be answered. The only bad thing I have to say is long office wait times and there were times I would call the office and leave a message with a question and didn?t hear back from anyone. BUT, if you call have Dr. Carter he WILL call you back right away. So, you will receive great care from the doctor?s office to the hospital. He also circumcised my son and his incision turned out perfect.
