I'm from LA and while visiting Pittsburgh I had a craving for a good bowl of noodles. By recommendation I visited Lulu's which is a casual joint with neither good food nor good service. Having grown up eating all sorts of Asian food, this place was NOT good and the food I ordered had a very ""instant"" taste as if it were made from a package. I had never been there before and when I walked in, there was a sign indicating I should order from the counter. I placed my order, paid for my food and took a seat. Around the restaurant there was one other party sitting down eating their food.
Pros: Good drinks (bobas, milk teas, thai iced teas, etc), cheap
Cons: Bad food, rude service
