I was going to make an appointment for my daughter, after waiting for more than 10 minutes over the phone, the first girl picked the phone and I asked her some questions, and while we were talking the phone was tranferred to other lady without letting me know, and the 2nd lady was very very very rude from the beginning, apparently she was also talking with someone else at the same time, She first yelled at me ""I don't know what you are talking about at all"", of course she would n't know if she wasn't in my conversation with the other girl. then she kept yelling on the phone to me ""hold on!hold on! hold on!"", I was wondering why a such nice personal suddenly became a such rude one, I realized it was a different one when she said ""what open appointment she offered to you"". But I decided not to go with this doctor since there are a lot of good doctors in town.This rude receptionist is foolish,she dose not really it is the doctor's paitients who create job opportunity for her..... 11/08/2008
