Mr. P's Wash World Express is one of the worst tunnel car washes I have ever been through. I went through there a few times this past summer (2008) to find the employees huddled in a circle on the side of the building. When i got closer i smelled what seemed to be the smell of marijunia. After watching a young blonde girl and a mexican fellow argue about who was going to come take my money the mexican fellow was nominated. I then was poorly guided onto a the track and immediatly sent without have my car sprayed off or prepped in any way. That was the last time i went through there. When i got home that night i noticed many many hairlined scratches on my car. No deep scratches but many surface scratches after talking with a manager i was dealt with in a very rude manner with him stating that ""they dont scratch cars"" . I drive a brand new car there was no scratches before i used their wash and im 100% positive that they were a result of wash world. I wasnt expecting a new paint job by any means but an apology and them offer to pay for a full detail of the exterior of my vehicle would had been much deserved. At any rate I would not recommend using this wash for one because its WILL scratch your car and for 2 its is poorly operated.
