Tom Kleist is a smooth talker, but our experience of having his people work on our home has been very negative. It has now been seven months since we started tallking to Tom, and the job is STILL not done. He regularly ignores calls from us, says his guys will be on site and then they don't show up, and when they do, we come home to our house being a total wreck. Just last night the kitchen sink was plastered with paint spatters from a cleanup job his guys did. In our KITCHEN SINK. There were dishes in the drainer, that now also have paint spatters on them. This whole process has just been ridiculously long and drawn out. We are clearly not Kleist's top priority, though I'm not sure who is. I would never recommend them to anyone. At this rate I will be amazed if our repairs are complete within 1 year from the damage date. I wish contractors in Baraboo cared enough to make private homeowners a priority. Tom Kleist definitely does not. Terrible.
Pros: Only contractor in Baraboo that would even get back to me with a bid
Cons: Too many to list. Being at the bottom of his priority list is the worst though.
