I've lived in 5 apartments in my life (Alderwood Heights being my last). All apartments have their downsides, but most are reasonable in how they treat their tenants. I recently was married, and we moved to Alderwood Heights as our first apartment together. We lived there for 18 months, never painted the walls, never had parties, never did ANYTHING that changed the basic look of the apartment. We cleaned every Sunday, and treated the apartment as if it was our home.
