We live in a world filled with bottom line profit and make the sale no matter what the cost mentalities.
Audrey, Rick, and their Associates are not of that mold. These people genuinely care about the homes their animals go to. I went into their shop prepared to spend a LOT of money for a bird. The had reservations about my purchase. They sent me home birdless that day in the nicest of ways. How many shops have you EVER been to that did that for you? I researched, learned and came back one week later prepared to make the kind of long term committment a parrot requires and take full responsibility for this animal come what may. The sales slip said NO GUARUNTEE..I beg to differ. I got the kind of guaruntee money can't buy ...Honesty, Ethics, Genuine concern first and foremost for the parrot I wanted to purchase and had a connection with and... secondarily for me. These animals don't have a choice about the homes they go to....Audrey, Rick and their Associates do care about the satisfaction of the people they serve. They want a successful partnership with all their customers but the welfare of the animal comes first. This is so refreshingly rare and I am grateful for it. They have my loyalty and support. There are some things money cannot buy. Having a place like this to shop at is one of those things. These people don't compromise their integrity for the almighty dollar.
