ok.....I can only speak regarding the Marietta office. Left SEVERAL msgs to have Dr Dysart's nurse call me back....to no avail...left several msgs with the prescription desk...to no avail...When I called the Marietta #\r
& dialed ""0"", I advised the person who answered the phone what had occurred...She was the most courteous of all people I've spoken to there...She came back on the line & advised me THE STAFF admitted to losing my chart & she assured me this matter would be addressed & that I would be called back....\r

I also understand the reluctance of doctors to prescribe narcotic pain meds to patients overall,\r
but as a former colostomy patient, I can not take prescription strength anti inflammatories\r
as it causes issues with my stomach (I ended up the hospital after dental surgery from\r
using prescription strength anti inflammatories & I almost died...soo not kidding)\r
I am not an addict...I just know what works best for me.......\r

I am feeling like I am on assembly line... This is EXTREMELY POOR customer service...\r
This group came highly recommended to me...If they are the creme de la creme, I'd hate to find out which is the worst....I can assure you, I will NEVER recommend this group...\r
It seems they are in toooooooooooooooooooo much of a hurry to get you in & out of there...\r
I think the ENTIRE staff needs to go thru customer service training...\r
Maybe they all need to watch that movie ""The Doctor"" from the 80's...\r
This group should be glad I am not the doctor & they are the patient...\r

There is NO excuse in it taking 3-4 phone calls with no return calls being made...\r
I will not be going back to this group once my surgery is completed.\r

This may not be the case with all their other offices, but this apparently is the case with the Marietta facility.\r
I doubt this will ever be read or given creedence...\r
