We NEVER felt even a hint of pressure. We went through Costco so I think that helped our price but I still felt like they gave us EXCELLENT customer service. Completely different then any other car dealership I've been to. We've purchased two cars from them and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to refer someone to them.
