if you have a question and want to call the store first, don't even think about it! they have a horrible automated system that didn't even have an option button for me. i simply wanted to ask if they have a minnie costume! i tried pushing zero for help and they went back to the entire automated voice thing. then i held on the line to see if it would automatically connect me to a HUMAN and it just said...after holding of course...thank you and goodbye! how annoying! you would think disney would have happy little elves on the other end of the phone to help. Pros: parking Cons: back customer service more
