This is a cool looking little bar in Old City Philly, and conveniantly located near all the great historic stuff, but what a horrible place to eat. We too sat at the bar where we also received horrible service from a bartender that tossed and flipped her long hair over everything and spent more time talking to a couple of people that seemed like friends who periodically helped themselves to behind the bar. If you like when you get a beer that is three quarters beer and one quarter foam, or when the employees act like they don't hear you everytime you say something, then this is the place for you. If you try and ask why there is so much foam in your six dollar beer, you don't get any sympathy or a slight refill from the bartender or ""hairtender"" as I call her, what you do get is this for a response, ""oh, it always does that when we open."" I don't care if it does that, give me a full beer! I have never been to a place that I had to actually request a full beer before, which I did on my second beer. The food was awful, and the place was not clean. Maybe the restaurant part is better, but I will never know, because I will never go back. The best part about the experience was watching the Redskins beat the Eagles, but that's about it.
