Approximately the time that this review was written, the tenant who wrote it was called out for not having her dog on a leash. She made excuses, however, a descent adult just follows rules, no excuses. There is a Davidson County Leash Law that all must abide. Let's just start with the fact that she does not own her unit. Therefore, she is completely clueless as to where homeowners fees go. Her father owns her unit and should know all of this. Her father is in charge of the maintenance of the unit he owns. She complains, however, still lives in a unit that she only rents. She is making a conscious choice to remain at a complex where, because of the manager that she cannot stand, she and her daughter enjoy a safe community on a daily basis. This is the price that a property manager pays. They either love the management or hate them. If they follow the rules and pay their rent, management is their best friend. If they break the rules or default on their lease, management is considered horrible. Please keep in mind, when considering Hermitage Villa for your home, that the person who writes a review, may very well have a negative past with our community.
