As I see from other users, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am also out of California and received terrible service from them! I paid over $116.00 to have a saddle 2 day air shipped to me. I placed the order first thing Thursday morning and did not receive my saddle till Tuesday of the following week, that is 6 days. I placed a Dover order later the same day and received it before them and paid $25.00 for their shipping. I called and requested that they split the cost with me and they rudely, argued and said that I miss informed them! I told her I needed the saddle in 2 days, which to ME equals 2 days, she said I SHOULD have said I need in by Saturday night, then they would have charged me more! I finally had to hang up on her. Do NOT do business with this company! Not to mention, my saddle showed up packed wrong and there were scratches on the seat!
Cons: Advertised online for saddles they didn't have and said they had in stock, lied on shipping, can't take responsibility
