I used Daskam Fitness Systems in the Mid 1990s at Golds Gym/Alexander's Athletic Club in Harmarville, PA, and was very satisfied. Not only is Mr. Daskam very knowledgeable, he is also very inspiring and motivating. I lost 20 lbs. of body fat, and gained 5 lbs. of lean body mass in 8 wees using one of his designed diet and fitness regimens. I would highly recommend Mr. Daskam to anyone who is seeking the best personal fitness trainer available.
