They Didn't finish the job and won't come back to finish it! My new furnace was installed over 2 months ago and Madrid Heating still needs to come back to patch the stucco for a hole that they made for a new vent. I was told they would come back within days, and I've been chasing them on the phone since then. Left many messages over 8 weeks, they never returned my call. When finally talked to Elmer he promised to get back to me within a couple of days... after another week or waiting, he scheduled a visit to finish the job... AND DIDN'T SHOW UP THAT DAY. No call, no apology, nothing. I can't get a hold of Elmer.
