I have been a customer of Pollywood Pets for years. I have never witnessed the terrible conditions I have read about. I have bought two parrots from them two Jack Russel terriers and some turles all my animals were healthy never had a problem. The only problems I have encountered is Shelley and how very rude she can be. Once she has made her money from you that is it she is done with you. She really could take some lessons in how to treat her customers, they are the reason you live in such a nice house Shelley. After reading all the negative things about her pet store I doubt I would ever buy another animal from her. I read the one blog about how she talks about her customers I truly believe this,I have spent thousand in her store and get treated like dirt whenever I walk in there. If all this abuse is going on like I have read about she certainly deserves to be shut down. I love animals
