Fortunately for the business the location is prime. San Felipe, next to Target. Unfortunately, many Houstonian's drop in because of the convenient location not realizing the customer service is horrible and the car wash/detailing services performed are just as horrible. Three seperate occassions I visited the car wash and paid over $30 for a car wash. My vehicle was not vaccumed out nor was it cleaned properly. The employees of this establishment are not professional, not friendly and are thieves. Misc items like CD's, loose change and even pens have been stolen from my vehicle. The place is NEVER busy because the locals try the place a couple of times and go elsewhere. They may be busy on Saturday because all the other car washes are full with other clients and have 2 hour waits.
Pros: Great for people wanting a horrible car wash and bad service.
Cons: Horrible service, horrible employees, horrible EVERYTHING.
