This company conducts focus groups. I have participated in several and it has always been a pleasant experience until now. I was booked for a group on medical issues. I completed their ""homework assignment"" to bring with me. The day before the group was scheduled, I received a call telling me they couldn't use me because they allegedly couldn't get in touch with me and would not be paying me the $200. When I called the office and asked the name of the person I was speaking to, she refused to give it to me and verbally abused me, apparently confusing me with a telemarketer. I called back and someone else said the big mouth was Bobbi Greenfield, the owner.
