I moved in about 6 months ago and have had no problems. It is the most affordable place to live in Mechanicsville. I have not seen the mexicans the other reviewer was mentioning, then again I tend to mind my own business and not worry about what everyone else is doing. Maintenance is fast and dependable. New management is much easier to get a hold of than the old company.
Pros: Affordable, washer and dryer in the apartment, plenty of parking parking
Cons: There are a few kids that play in the parking lot sometimes
