This place does a good job. I've never been in for lunch when the owner wasn't working behind the counter... that's pretty rare these days. Rarer still is that hes a really nice guy. He brings your slices to the table himself.
Every employee I've ever talked to here was salt of the earth. They really care about what they do for a living.
The pizza is not the only thing worth eating here... every menu item I've tried was good. I may be misinformed, but the owner used to run a Mellow Mushroom franchise. He liked to tweak the pies some from the standard MM method, and ran into trouble doing so, so he went out on his own. The pizza is like MM USED to be back when it was good, so if you're looking for 1980's style MM pie, forget the rest and go here.
Lunch gets busy, but not crazy. They werent open for dinner when I lived in the neighborhood, but I think that they are now.
Pros: Good food, good variety, GREAT sercvice
