Their customer service is horrible and the owner is a complete creep! I went because my friend had gotten a tattoo by a guy who i came to find out wasn't even working there anymore. The owner was very rude when i asked them about where the guy was who did my friends tattoo and what happened to him.
I heard later that the guy quit and was severly assaulted by the owner! No wonder that he quit. Try Blue Flame they where much nicer
