I wanted to pamper myself at GreenTangerine because of my 30th birthday coming up. I called 3 days in advance and scheduled a full set acrylic. When I got to GreenTangerine the gentleman at the front desk was very kind. He directed me to a young lady to get my nails done. The lady began to file my chewed up nails and removed my cuticles and then asked me to pick a nail color. I thought it was too soon but I did anyways. Once I realized she was going to polish my nails. I asked her "are you aware i want a full set?" she said to me "You're kidding right" and I said "NO I made an appt. 3 days in advanced"
She then went ahead and told me that a lady that works there took the whole "Nail Kit" HOME with her!!!
So therefore, she wasn't gonna be able to do my nails. I couldn't believe it!! Who takes the nail kit home!!!! Especially if your at a Nail/Spa Salon!! What if you have walk-ins ..?
