Used to be Great, 1/10/2008

I have been coming to Pier 49 pizza in draper whenever I'm in town for the past 7 years it's one of the highlights of my trip. The old owner Tony, and the one before him Rick were so nice to me and my wife and would usually through in some free cheesebread (which used to be delicious). When we went this time (Jan. 22, 2007) I had the worst experience there I have had in all of my many years of life. The Bread had hardly any cheese, The Fisherman's pizza had fake crab and the shrip tasted frozen, not to mention the moldy sun-dried tomatoes. My wife had the Touriste and it had molding cheese on it. We decided to try the wings, which were burnt on the outside and frozen on the inside, they also were oozing and looked old. On top of that the service was dreadful they were in such a hurry that no-one asked how our meal was, which was a good thing cause if they did I would have told them it was absoltley disastourous. It took nearly an hour to get the pizza. The young cashier was a pleasant girl, however she was so overwhelmed she looked on the verge of tears, mean while the Pizza Runners kept running in and out why she looked hopeless. No one was there to bus the tables they sat there for 10 minutes. The plates were dirty and had stains on them, the rags for cleaning looked filthy and smelled like bleach. It was smoky, loud, and crowded. Our fiends we brought with us acted polite, however we were completley emarassed that such pricy pizza tasted so awful and the service was so dredful. Cons: Food, service, ambience, cleanliness more
