Frankly, the worst customer service I've ever come across in a professional setting.\r \r They couldn't locate my membership (even though I gave them my vision card), and they didn't seem to really care. They told me they couldn't help me, refused to contact my provider and tried to explain the vision/health care industry as if I was a 7 year old.\r \r After calling my healthcare provider when I got home, who called this place, my account was found. There was no explanation and no apology from Glasses on First. They then had the chutzpah to ask if I wanted to reschedule.\r \r Frankly, the most effective recourse consumers have (and sorry about the cliche) is with our feet. Although this location is very convenient, their complete lack of courtesy and effort in assisting me means that I will never return to this establishment. more
