Very dissatisfied with Majestic Chem Dry's carpet cleaning service. The area of carpet that I paid was not completely cleaned. Majestic used an older ""bonnet cleaning"" type process on my carpet. The process requires the technician to spray the carpet by hand and then use a separate power buffer with an abosorbent pad to ""clean"" the carpet. Large areas of my carpet were dry and the witness marks from the spray pattern showed that the chemicals were applied to only to a fraction of the carpet area. The technician/owner was in and out the door in about 25 minutes for a 400 square foot area of carpet. \r
Shop around and verify the equiptment that will be used for the job. Make sure that the company uses the PowerBase Srubber extractor, Kleenrite machines or HydraMaster truck mounted equipment. These machines apply and extract directly over the carpet surface that they are used over. I would not trust this company to perform any job in my home in the future. \r
