I just moved to Pittsburgh and have been trying to find a salon - I will never return to this one. As I saw in other postings - the staff at the front desk were just plain rude. I was ON TIME for my appt while the person was LATE. Yet I got the dirty looks for actually showing up on time and was told very snootily that ""you'll just have to wait."" Also - the person my appt was with in a rush, not friendly and seemed like she couldn't wait to get back to the front desk to resume gossiping with the girls. And that's not really what you want to deal with when getting a bikini waxing - which is what I was there for. Also, as I walked through the salon there was hair everywhere all over the floor - I know this is a hair salon - but it was 10 in the morning and they had only been open a short time - and it already looked sloppy. All in all, avoid this salon. Too bad they take up such prime space on Walnut Street.
