I held rooms at this hotel and at two others in Port Washington the night of my wedding reception, no one stayed at this hotel because it was more expensive than the Country Inn and Suites or the Holiday Inn, so they charged my credit card for all the held rooms and will not do anything about it! How is a bride supposed to keep track of where all the guests, coming from around the country, stay?!? The lady on the phone acted as manager and then all of a sudden was part owner and refused to give me the owners name, claiming she was part owner, then refused to give me the corporate number. This has been nothing but a horrific headache and I highly recommend giving your money to people who care about their customers and who don't lie. I was NEVER informed of a 24 hr. cancellation policy and they claimed they had one. I'm not that stupid, if I would have known no one was going to stay there due to the extremely high rates and was told of the policy, I WOULD HAVE CANCELED THE ROOMS! Please, drive the few extra miles to Port Washington or Grafton and stay at a hotel there!!!
