I went to the Anchor for a New Year's Eve party and it was horrible. We paid $75 for tickets, weren't allowed to sit down, weren't served food (as promised on the ticket), and had to endure the rude bartenders all night. Not to mention their alcohol selection was minimal at best, and virtually every other person I talked to that night couldn't stop complaining about what an awful place it was.
My suggestion: go anywhere but The Anchor. Go to a diner that serves beer if you have to. Stay home. But don't go here. Not only did they outright lie to us about what we were getting for our money, they then acted like jerks about it. Don't go here!
