I don't even know why the last review is on here. They didn't even try and cover up the fact that the owner is the one that wrote the review (carmichael flowers). My Mom had her wedding at the Belazio and it was terrible. Ila, the OWNER, was completely rude and offensive to everyone that she spoke to. I can understand having that attitude if it has been given to you, but this was not the case. Additionally, even if the customers and./or guests had been rude to her, the nature of her job (customer service) would be to grin and bear it. Anyone who has worked in the service industry knows that the customer is always right, and if they are wrong then you need to POLITELY tell them where they have gone wrong. I strongly advise that you never do business with Carmichael Flowers - Belazio Galleria; however, should you decide to tempt fate and give them a chance, make sure that you get everything you're supposed to have in writing! Ila is no nice until she gets her check and contract signed, then her alter-ego comes out. If it weren't for her being the owner she would have been fired for the behavior that she exhibited at my Mom's wedding.
