I bought a vehicle from these folks some months ago and was so unhappy that I felt obligated to warn anyone from doing business with them. I joined Citysearch expressly for the purpose of giving this company a negative review. To begin, yes, I understand all car dealerships are obnoxious - however this is a cut apart from the rest and I regret fully ever giving them any business. The vehicle I purchased was explained to have all service intervals completed, and fully inspected for problems. Long story short, a few days after purchase I start receiving mail stating that the car is due for its 90,000 mile service (over 1,100 in service - timing belt, major fluid changes, etc). Upon calling the company and speaking to the lying weasel of a salesperson and catching him repeating again that all service had been completed, he hung up on me. I called to general manager who took over a week to get back to me and when he finally did told me they had no interest in attempting to resolve the problem and that the sales person vehemently denied what he said. Would you buy a car knowing that it immediately needed $1,100 of service upon being driven from the lot? Of course not. These deceptive tactics coupled with horrible service that I don't need to detail here as I've made my point make my hope for your sake that you do not under any circumstances give these folks at Burt any business.
Pros: None. This was a terrible experience that I regret entirely.
Cons: Sales, support, lack of professionalism, lying about conditions of vehicles, liars and cheats, tacking on additional fees, poor service... etc. etc.
